2019—2023年南昌市东湖区登革热媒介伊蚊生态学监测结果分析

Analysis of ecological surveillance results of dengue vector Aedes mosquitoes in Donghu District of Nanchang from 2019 to 2023

摘要 目的分析南昌市东湖区2019—2023年登革热媒介伊蚊生态学监测数据,为有效防控登革热提供科学依据。方法采用布雷图指数(BI)法和双层叠帐法对媒介伊蚊幼虫和成蚊进行监测,计算BI、容器指数(CI)和帐诱指数。采用Excel 2019软件进行数据整理,SPSS 20.0软件进行统计分析。通过χ^(2)检验分析不同年份CI组间差异,通过方差分析比较帐诱指数间的差异,并评估登革热传播风险。结果2019—2023年南昌市东湖区平均BI为8.57,年均BI为3.08~12.83,不同年份CI差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=88.635,P<0.001),其中2022年最低,2023年最高。平均帐诱指数为1.36只/(顶·h),2020年最高,2022年最低。各年份季节消长情况不完全一致,高峰集中于6—7月。风险评估结果有76.67%的监测月份提示有登革热传播风险。结论南昌市东湖区媒介伊蚊密度较高,输入性登革热疫情引发本土感染疫情的风险增加,提示应加强和改进媒介伊蚊综合防制措施。 Objective To analyze the ecological monitoring data of Aedes mosquitoes,the vectors of dengue fever,in Donghu District of Nanchang from 2019 to 2023,so as to provide scientific basis for effective prevention and control of dengue fever.Methods The Breteau index(BI)method and double-layered cage method were used to monitor Aedes mosquito larvae and adults,and to calculate the BI,container index(CI),and attraction-collection index.Data were collated using Excel 2019 software,and statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS 20.0 softwares.The differences between CI groups in different years were analyzed by the Chi-square test,and the differences in attraction-collection index were compared by analysis of variance to assess the risk of dengue fever transmission.Results From 2019 to 2023,the average BI in Donghu District of Nanchang was 8.57,with an annual average BI ranging from 3.08 to 12.83.The differences in CI between different years were statistically significant(χ^(2)=88.635,P<0.001),with the lowest in 2022 and the highest in 2023.The average attraction-collection index was 1.36 mosquitoes/(trap·hour),with the highest in 2020 and the lowest in 2022.The seasonal fluctuations were not completely consistent each year,with peaks concentrated in June to July.Risk assessment results showed that 76.67% of the monitored months indicated a risk of dengue fever transmission.Conclusion Aedes mosquito density in Donghu District of Nanchang was relatively high,increasing the risk of local transmission of dengue fever caused by imported epidemics,suggesting the need to strengthen and improve comprehensive control measures against Aedes mosquitoes.
