摘要
新时代“枫桥经验”作为基层社会治理的典范,其“党建引领、源头治理、群众路线”的核心价值为高校学生社区建设提供了创新思路。面对学生需求多元化与传统管理模式滞后、思政教育渗透不足与技术赋能欠缺等现实困境,可通过构建多元共治格局、建立矛盾预警机制、深化三全育人模式、整合智慧服务平台等实践路径,将“枫桥经验”有机融入学生社区治理,推动形成具有时代特征、符合青年特点的高校一站式学生社区治理新范式。
As a model of grassroots social governance in the new era,the"Fengqiao Experience"provides innovative ideas for the construction of college student communities based on its core values of"Party building guidance,source governance,and mass line".In the face of diverse student needs,outdated traditional management models,insufficient penetration of ideological and political education,and lack of technological empowerment,this article explores effective ways to organically integrate the Fengqiao experience into student community governance through practical paths such as constructing a diversified governance pattern,establishing a conflict warning mechanism,deepening the three pronged education model,and integrating smart service platforms.The research aims to activate the vitality of grassroots governance,strengthen the function of serving and educating people,promote the formation of a new paradigm of community governance with characteristics of the times and in line with the characteristics of young people,and provide theoretical reference and practical inspiration for the deep integration of precise ideological and political education and fine governance in universities in the new era.
