摘要
数字技术的迅猛发展既重塑了资本主义生产关系,又催生了“数字社会主义”这一新兴理论范式。西方学者对数字社会主义的理论建构虽具创新性,却陷入技术决定论、改良主义或空想性制度设计的误区。运用马克思主义政治经济学进行剖析可知:数字技术在资本主义应用中,会加剧劳动时间剥削,引发效率异化与价值贬损。数字霸权拆解传统协作模式,掩盖价值创造过程,使数字技术沦为资本权力支配载体。作为生产关系在数据领域革命性重构的社会主义新形态,数字社会主义不仅要求数据社会公有,还强调按劳分配与数据贡献相结合,蕴含算法决策权回归数字劳动者平等的内涵。
The rapid development of digital technology has not only reshaped the capitalist production relations,but also gave birth to the emerging theoretical paradigm of"digital socialism".Although Western scholars are innovative in the theoretical construction of digital socialism,they fall into the misunderstanding of technical determinism,reformism or utopian system design.It can be seen from the analysis of Marxist political economy that the application of digital technology in capitalism will aggravate the exploitation of labor time and lead to efficiency alienation and value depreciation.Digital hegemony dismantles the traditional cooperation mode,conceals the process of value creation,and makes digital technology become the dominant carrier of capital power.As a new form of socialism with revolutionary reconstruction of production relations in the field of data,digital socialism not only requires the public ownership of data society,but also emphasizes the combination of distribution according to work and data contribution,which contains the connotation of algorithmic decision-making power returning to the equality of digital workers.
