摘要
为探索球孢白僵菌对苹果轮纹病菌的防治效果,该研究在实验室条件下,通过离体果实培养法和培养皿测定法研究球孢白僵菌对苹果轮纹病菌的抑制作用。结果表明,球孢白僵菌的孢子悬浮液和菌丝对苹果轮纹病菌的生长具有一定的抑制作用,其中以球孢白僵菌孢子悬浮液的抑制效果最为明显。
In order to explore the biological control effect of Beauveria bassiana on Botryosphaeria dothidea,under laboratory conditions,the main antagonistic mechanism of B.bassiana to B.dothidea was studied by in vitro fruit culture and the determination method of culture dish.Results showed that the spore suspension,mycelium and fermentation of B.bassiana had certain inhibitory effect on growth of B.dothidea.The inhibitory effect of spore suspension of B.bassiana was the best,and the inhibitory effect was more obvious with the increase of spore suspension concentration of B.bassiana.
