体育学领域国家级教学成果奖的实证分析及启示

Empirical Analysis and Implications of National Teaching Achievement Awards in the Field of Physical Education

摘要针对1989年至2022年共九届国家级教学成果奖中体育学领域所获得的82项奖项,运用文献资料、数据分析等方法系统梳理分析后发现:体育学领域获奖数量偏少且呈逐届减少的态势;获奖项目的地域分布与其经济发展水平同频共振,主要集中在东部地区;第一完成单位集中在体育类院校和师范类院校,且以独立完成为主,但团队合作人数呈递增态势;获奖项目研究主题内容由课程与教学改革转向人才培养实践研究。新时期高等院校体育教学改革应面向国家战略需求,打破传统体育专业人才培养壁垒,创新人才培养模式,培养新时代复合型体育人才;依托学校和地域优势资源,突出特色办学;积极开展“大中小”体育教育一体化教学改革,全面提升体育人才培养质量。 Using methods such as literature review and data analysis,this paper systematically combed through 82 National Teaching Achievement Awards granted in physical education from 1989 to 2022 across nine award cycles.It was found that the number of awards in the field of physical education is relatively low and shows a decreasing trend with each cycle;the geographical distribution of the award-winning projects is in sync with regional economic development levels,with most awards concentrated in the eastern region;the first completing institutions are mainly sports universities and normal universities,often working independently,although there is an increasing trend in team collaboration sizes;the research themes of the award-winning projects have shifted from curriculum and teaching reform to practical research on talent cultivation.In the new era,higher physical education reform should align with national strategic needs,break down traditional barriers in physical education talent cultivation,innovate the talent cultivation model,and cultivate“versatile”sports professionals for the new era.Relying on the advantages of the school and the region,distinctive educational programs should be emphasized.Moreover,comprehensive“primary to university”integrated physical education reforms should be actively carried out to improve the overall quality of sports talent cultivation.
