摘要
近年来,上海市建筑垃圾年产生量居高不下,建筑垃圾资源化利用能力亟待提高。文章通过梳理上海市目前建筑垃圾资源化状况,分析目前资源化处理存在的诸多问题,并结合“无废城市”建设展望建筑垃圾资源化利用的前景,建议从源头分类、加强全流程管理、加快研究多种处理方式和处理场景、增加政策支持等方面进行改进,以期提高上海市建筑垃圾资源化利用能力,并最终实现“无废城市”建设方案的目标。
In recent years,the annual output of construction waste in Shanghai has remained high,and the resource utilization capacity of construction waste needs to be improved.By combing the current status of construction waste recycling in Shanghai,this paper analyzes many problems existing in the current recycling treatment,and looks forward to the prospect of construction waste recycling combined with the construction of Waste Free City.It is suggested to improve from the source classification,strengthen the whole process management,speed up the study of multiple treatment methods and treatment scenarios,and increase policy support,in order to improve the recycling capacity of construction waste in Shanghai,and ultimately achieve the goal of Waste Free City construction program.
