This paper comprehensively explores the safety prevention strategies for chemical enterprises based on the riskoriented concept,detailing modern technologies and methods for risk identification,assessment,and control,and provides specific implementation strategies.Through the application of risk identification techniques,potential hazards in chemical processes are systematically identified.Quantitative methods are employed to assess the identified risks to determine their severity and likelihood.By optimizing engineering controls and establishing a robust safety management system,these risks are effectively controlled or eliminated.Furthermore,the paper demonstrates the practical application of the risk-oriented concept in actual chemical enterprises through specific case studies,verifying the effectiveness and practicality of these strategies.
