摘要
河道治理对于提升河流近自然的防洪减灾能力,改善生态质量和促进人与自然环境和谐共生具有重要意义。针对八茂河治理河段防洪标准偏低、土质边坡冲刷坍塌破坏、水生态环境与居民宜居需求不协调等问题,在分析山区小流域暴雨洪灾特点及治理河段防洪现状的基础上,对不同防洪堤型的实施可行性和防洪生态效益进行了对比分析,并构建防洪抗冲与生态环境功能相融合的格宾石笼生态防洪体系。工程实施后,流域防洪抗冲能力得到提高,水环境和水生态得到改善。
River regulation is of great significance to enhance the natural flood control and disaster reduction capacity of the river,improve the ecological quality and promote the harmonious coexistence between man and the natural environment.Aiming at the problems of low flood control standard,erosion and collapse of soil slope,and the disharmony between water ecological environment and residents'livable demand in the regulation section of bamao River,based on the analysis of the characteristics of rainstorm and flood disaster in Small Watersheds in mountainous areas and the current situation of flood control in the regulation section,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the implementation feasibility and flood control ecological benefits of different flood dike types,and constructs the Gebin gabion ecological flood control system with the integration of flood control,scour resistance and ecological environment functions.After the implementation of the project,the flood control and anti scour capacity of the basin has been improved,and the water environment and water ecology have been improved.
