摘要
加强林地管理是实现美丽中国建设的重要一步,安徽省积极制定相关政策规范管理林地定额,统筹推进经济社会发展和生态保护。文章分析了“十四五”时期以来安徽省林地定额执行情况和管理情况,指出林地定额管理中存在的林地定额保障压力较大、林地管理边界不清和临时占用林地监管压力大等问题,并提出了相应建议,旨在进一步完善林地定额管理制度,更好地服务地方经济社会发展。
Strengthening forest land management is an important step towards building a beautiful China.Anhui Province has actively formulated relevant policies to standardize forest land quota management,coordinating economic and social development and ecological protection.This paper analyzes the implementation and management of forest land quotas in Anhui Province since the 14th Five-Year Plan.It identifies several existing issues,including significant pressure on forest land quota allocation,unclear boundaries of forest land management,and substantial regulatory pressure on temporary use of forest land.Corresponding recommendations are proposed to further improve the forest land quota management system and better serve local economic and social development.
