摘要
为明确盐胁迫对不同采集地苦豆子(Sophora alopecuroides)种子萌发期的影响,以不同地区采集的35份苦豆子材料作为研究对象,采用200 mmol/L NaCl溶液模拟盐胁迫,纯水作为对照,测定7项苦豆子的萌发指标,利用主成分分析、隶属函数法和聚类分析对35份苦豆子种质资源进行耐盐性综合评价。结果表明,与对照相比,盐胁迫极显著影响苦豆子的各项萌发指标(P<0.01),不同品种间单项耐盐系数的变异系数0.095~0.228。发芽势、活力指数以及干重可作为苦豆子萌发期耐盐性筛选的主要评价指标。主成分分析将7个指标转化为3个独立综合指标,累计贡献率为87.793%。根据耐盐性综合评价值(D值)结果,对35个种质资源的耐盐性进行排序,再对其进行聚类分析,筛选出3个类群,综合筛选出萌发期耐盐性最好的3个苦豆子种质资源为:新疆于田县、新疆且末县、新疆伊宁市。
In order to clarify the effect of salt stress on the germination period of Sophora alopecuroides seeds,35 S.alopecuroides materials collected from different areas were used as research objects,and 200 mmol/L NaCl solution was used to simulate salt stress.Pure water was used as a control to determine 7 germination indexes of S.alopecuroides.Principal component analysis(PCA),membership function method and cluster analysis were used to comprehensively evaluate the salt tolerance of 35 S.alopecuroides germplasm resources.The results showed that compared with the control treatment,salt stress significantly affected the germination indexes of S.alopecuroides(P<0.01),and the coefficient of variation among different varieties ranged from 0.095 to 0.228.The germination potential,vigor index and dry weight could be used as the main evaluation indexes for salt tolerance screening of S.alopecuroides at germination stage.PCA transformed 7 indicators into 3 independent comprehensive indicators,with a cumulative contribution rate of 87.793%.According to the results of comprehensive evaluation value(D value)of salt tolerance,the salt tolerance of 35 germplasm resources was sorted,and then three groups were screened out by cluster analysis.The three germplasm resources with the best salt tolerance at germination stage were:Xinjiang Yutian County,Xinjiang Qiemo County,Xinjiang Yining City.
