移动激光扫描技术在地铁检测中的应用进展

摘要 随着城市化进程的加速,地铁已成为现代城市公共交通的关键组成部分,其安全运营对城市发展至关重要。传统的人工巡检和静态测量方法在效率和精度上存在不足,难以满足地铁网络日益增长的检测需求。移动激光扫描技术作为一种新兴的非接触式测量手段,集成了激光雷达、惯性导航系统和同步定位与建图技术,能够在列车运行间隙或低速行驶状态下,快速获取隧道、轨道及车站设施的高精度三维点云数据。本文详细探讨了该技术在地铁隧道病害检测、限界检测和隧道变形检测等方面的应用,结合典型工程案例,分析了其技术优势和实际效果。研究表明,移动激光扫描技术在提高检测效率、精度和自动化程度方面具有显著优势,为地铁基础设施的智能运维提供了有力支撑。 With the acceleration of urbanization,subways have become a key component of modern urban public transportation,and their safe operation is critical to urban development.Traditional manual inspections and static measurement methods have proven inadequate in terms of efficiency and accuracy,failing to meet the growing inspection demands of expanding subway networks.Mobile laser scanning technology,as an emerging non-contact measurement method,integrates lidar,inertial navigation systems,and simultaneous localization and mapping(SLAM)technology.It can rapidly acquire high-precision three-dimensional point cloud data of tunnels,tracks,and station facilities during train operation intervals or at low speeds.This paper systematically examines the application of this technology in subway tunnel defect detection,clearance measurement,and deformation monitoring.Drawing on typical engineering cases,the analysis highlights its technical advantages and practical outcomes.The study demonstrates that mobile laser scanning technology significantly improves inspection efficiency,accuracy,and automation,providing robust support for the intelligent maintenance and operation of subway infrastructure.
