摘要
“职教出海”是职业教育落实“一带一路”倡议的重要举措,职业教育服务“走出去”企业是职业院校必须肩负的责任与使命。职业院校服务企业“走出去”,要遵循政府引导与校企合作结合原则,围绕“一带一路”倡议,立足学校骨干(特色)专业,对接境外产业园区需求,构建多方协同国际职业教育共同体,教随产出、校企同行,参与教育部职业教育“走出去”试点项目,落实江苏省推出的“郑和计划”境外办学项目,实施“中文+职业技能”教育,服务常州出海企业国际产能合作,创新丝绸之路,实现政府、企业、职业院校共同均衡高质量发展。
“Vocational education going global”is an important initiative to implement the“Belt and Road”Initiative in vocational education,and it is the responsibility and mission of vocational colleges to serve enterprises“going global”.To serve enterprises“going global”,vocational colleges must follow the principles of government guidance and cooperation between schools and enterprises,focus on key(specialized)majors of the school,connect with overseas industrial parks’demands,build a collaborative international vocational education community involving multiple parties,integrate teaching with industry output,collaborate closely with enterprises,participate in pilot projects for vocational education“going global”initiated by the Ministry of Education,implement overseas educational programs under Jiangsu Province's“Zheng He Plan”,carry out“Chinese language+vocational skills”education,provide services for Changzhou's offshore enterprise international capacity cooperation project,innovate the Silk Road concept,and achieve balanced high-quality development among government agencies,enterprises and vocational colleges.
