摘要
综述了热分析技术在石油化工领域的应用进展,强调了其在原油评价、催化研究、聚合物分析、煤炭评价和安全评估中的关键作用。热分析技术包括差示扫描量热法(DSC)、热重分析(TGA)和动态热机械分析(DMA)等,通过精确测定材料的热性能参数,为石化行业的产品质量控制、工艺优化和技术创新提供了重要数据支持。随着技术的发展,热分析技术正朝着智能化、微型化和高效联用技术方向发展,推动了材料科学、原油性能评价和催化技术等领域的产品开发和质量控制。未来趋势显示:结合光谱与质谱技术的多技术融合,将加速热分析技术在绿色化学与石化行业可持续发展中的应用进程。
This paper reviews the application advances of thermal analysis techniques in the petrochemical field,emphasizing their key roles in crude oil evaluation,catalysis research,pol⁃ymer analysis,coal evaluation,and safety assessment.Thermal analysis techniques,including differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),and dynamic me⁃chanical analysis(DMA),provide important data support for product quality control,process optimization,and technological innovation in the petrochemical industry by precisely measuring the thermal properties of materials.With the development of technology,thermal analysis tech⁃niques are evolving towards intelligent,miniaturized,and efficient hyphenated technologies,promoting product development and quality control in fields such as materials science,crude oil performance evaluation,and catalysis technology.Future trends indicate that the integration of spectroscopic and mass spectrometric techniques will accelerate the application process of ther⁃mal analysis techniques in green chemistry and sustainable development of the petrochemical in⁃dustry.
