摘要
目的:探讨学校体育锻炼对中学生亲社会行为的影响,检验心理韧性在其中的中介效应以及身体状况的调节效应。方法:对1 460名中学生施测学校体育锻炼情况调查表、10项Connor-Davidson心理韧性量表以及亲社会行为问卷,并调查中学生的主观身体状况。结果:(1)学校体育锻炼正向预测中学生的亲社会行为;(2)心理韧性在学校体育锻炼与亲社会行为之间的关系中起中介作用;(3)中学生身体状况在中介路径“学校体育锻炼→心理韧性”上起调节作用。结论:学校体育锻炼有助于培养中学生的心理韧性,进而促进其亲社会行为,且身体状况较好的学生,其心理韧性的提升更为明显。
The objective of this study was to explore the relationship between school physical exercise and middle school students’prosocial behavior in order to test the mediating effect of psychological resilience and the moderating effect of physical condition.A total of 1460 middle school students were tested with the School Physical Exercise Survey,the 10-item Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC-10)and the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire(SDQ).Their subjective physical conditions were also investigated.It could be seen that school physical exercise positively predicted prosocial behavior among the middle school students.Psychological resilience mediated the relationship between school physical exercise and prosocial behavior.The physical condition of middle school students moderated the first half of the mediation path(“school physical exercise→psychological resilience”).The results showed that school physical exercise helped cultivate the students’psychological resilience,thereby promoting prosocial behavior,and the students in better physical condition derived more mental health benefits from it.
