摘要
本研究以近年来辅导员素质能力大赛的发展历程为切入点,深入剖析了大赛赛制的改革,并分析了立德树人对辅导员工作专业化的要求,进一步探讨辅导员如何坚持立德树人根本任务。文本认为,立德树人根本任务促使辅导员素质能力大赛进行赛制改革,赛制的改革促进辅导员专业化发展,从而使辅导员能够更好地当好知心人和引路人。
This study takes the development process of the counselor ability competition in recent years as the star-ting point,deeply analyzes the reform of the competition system,and analyzes the requirements of moral and intellectual education for the professionalization of counselors′work.It further explores how counselors can adhere to the fundamental task of moral and intellectual education.The paper believes that the fundamental task of moral and intellectual education promotes the reform of the competition system of the counselor ability competition,and the reform of the competition system promotes the professional development of counselors,so that counselors can better serve as confidants and guides.
