摘要
文章多角度分析数字背景下勘测设计行业档案数字化转型的紧迫性,从档案价值与利用视角,提出以规划为引领、以需求为导向进行管理变革,数智赋能档案管理手段、业务模式、服务方式的理念。以勘测设计行业为典型案例,运用人工智能、知识图谱等新一代信息技术,聚焦业务场景,创新档案管理与业务深度融合联动,提供知识化服务;对档案创新能力、智能服务能力、数据治理能力与业务融合能力等给出具体举措。
This paper first analyzes the urgency of digital transformation of survey and design industry archives in the context of digital era from multiple perspectives,then proposes the concept of management reform guided by planning and oriented to demand,and archives management methods,business models,and service modes empowered by digital intelligence from the perspective of archives value and utilization.Taking the survey and design industry as a typical case,it proposes to use new generation information technologies such as artificial intelligence and knowledge graph,focus on business scenarios,innovate the deep integration between archives management and business,and provide knowledge-based services.At the same time,it provides specific measures for archives innovation capability,intelligent service capability,data governance capability,and business integration capability.
