摘要
重特大事件档案资源建设是个全局工作、系统工程,作为一种从整体出发系统论治的思维方法,中医系统思维对重特大事件档案资源建设的顶层设计、整体谋划、协同推进、分类施策、评估监督均有方法论上的启示价值。在重特大事件档案资源建设中运用中医系统思维的整体观、和合观、辨证观、治未病观等具体思维方法,实施全方位体制机制构建、全过程共建共享、全链条动态施治、全周期健康管理,将更好地实现重特大事件档案存史资政育人价值,更好地服务党和国家工作大局、服务人民群众。
The construction of archival resources for major and critical emergencies is a comprehensive national endeavor and a systematic project.As a thinking method of systematic treatment from the overall perspective,traditional Chinese medicine system thinking has a methodological inspiration value in the top-level design,overall planning,collaborative promotion,classified governance and assessment and supervision of the construction of archival resources for major and critical emergencies.In the construction of archival resources for major and critical emergencies,specific thinking methods such as the holistic view,harmonious view,dialectical view,and preventive view of traditional Chinese medicine system thinking will be applied,and comprehensive institutional mechanism construction,collaborative construction and sharing throughout the entire process,dynamic treatment throughout the entire chain,and full cycle health management will be implemented.This will better realize the value of major and critical emergency archives in historical preservation,supporting governance and education,and beter serve the overall work of the Party and the country and the people.
