摘要
                
                    “专精特新”企业作为产业创新发展的重要力量,在推动供应链融通创新进程中扮演着重要角色。而高管团队作为企业战略决策的核心群体,其特征对企业创新决策有着关键影响。为深入探究“专精特新”企业高管团队特征与供应链融通创新之间的内在联动效应,本文运用fsQCA方法,以54家“专精特新”上市企业为样本展开实证分析。研究发现,高管团队特征对供应链融通创新的影响存在多种组态路径。具体而言,“专精特新”企业实现供应链高融通创新的驱动特征涵盖“学历与研发背景协同”型、“研发背景驱动”型、“职业背景与兼任协同”型及“学历与职业背景协同”型四种类型。此外,研究进一步证实高管团队的研发背景对于“专精特新”企业供应链融通创新具有重要意义,而研发背景的缺失则是导致企业供应链非高融通创新的关键因素。本文不仅为供应链融通创新影响因素的研究开辟了新的理论视角,还为“专精特新”企业优化高管团队结构、提升创新绩效提供了参考与借鉴。
                
                "Specialized,refined,distinctive,and innovative"(SRDI)enterprises,as vital forces in industrial innovation and development,play an important role in promoting innovation in supply chain integration.As the core group for corporate strategic decision-making,the characteristics of executive teams have a key impact on enterprise innovation decisions.To explore the intrinsic linkage effect between executive team characteristics and supply chain integration innovation in SRDI enterprises,this paper employs the fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis(fsQCA)method,conducting an empirical analysis based on a sample of 54 listed SRDI enterprises.The study finds that multiple configurational pathways exist in how executive team characteristics influence supply chain integration innovation.Specifically,the driving characteristics enabling high supply chain integration innovation in SRDI enterprises include four types:“academic and R&D background synergy,”“R&D background-driven,”“professional background and concurrent position synergy,”and“academic and professional background synergy.”Furthermore,the research confi rms that the R&D background of executive teams plays a critical role in driving supply chain integration innovation in SRDI enterprises,whereas the absence of an R&D background is a key factor leading to low integration innovation.This paper not only opens a new theoretical perspective for studying factors influencing supply chain integration innovation but also provides valuable references for optimizing executive team structures and improving innovation performance in SRDI enterprises.
