预应力混凝土简支转连续梁桥的智能化设计

摘要 基于大跨径梁桥的结构性能要求,以某特大桥建设项目为例,深入研究预应力混凝土简支转连续梁桥的智能化设计方案,从箱梁横截面、预应力钢束布置、连续接头、支座布置等方面展开分析。研究表明,该梁桥的结构挠度小于跨径/600,截面应力不均匀系数小于1.5,湿接头区域抗剪安全系数大于1.5,各项指标均能满足设计要求,证明该梁桥设计方案具有良好的实用性。 Based on the structural performance requirements of long-span beam bridges,taking a certain large bridge construction project as an example,this study deeply investigates the intelligent design scheme of prestressed concrete simply supported-to-continuous beam bridges.The analysis is carried out in terms of the box girder cross-section,prestressing steel strand layout,continuous joint,and bearing arrangement.The research results showed that the structural deflection of the beam bridge was less than span/600,the nonuniformity coefficient of section stress was less than 1.5,the shear safety factor of the wet joint area was greater than 1.5,and all the indicators met the design requirements,which proved that the design scheme of the beam bridge had good practicability.
