不同施肥处理对连作黄瓜生长发育及土壤理化性质的影响

Effects of Different Fertilization Treatments on the Growth and Development of Continuous Cropping Cucumber and Soil Physical and Chemical Properties

摘要 [目的]以黄瓜连作5年(10茬)的土壤为研究对象,研究不同施肥处理对连作黄瓜生长发育及土壤理化性质的影响,为合理利用农业废弃物和缓解黄瓜连作障碍提供参考依据。[方法]采用大棚种植的方法,试验设常规施肥处理(CK),减化肥配施生物有机肥处理(T_(1)),减化肥配施生物炭处理(T_(2)),分析各处理对黄瓜农艺性状、产量及土壤养分的调控效果。[结果]T_(2)黄瓜株高、茎粗及叶片数均显著优于T_(1)和CK;T_(2)单株产量最高,为1562.00 g,显著高于CK,较CK增产幅度达147.54%;T_(2)土壤pH、有机质及微生物氮含量较CK显著上升,EC值、速效磷含量较CK和T_(1)显著下降,速效钾含量变化不显著。[结论]减化肥配施生物炭可显著减缓土壤酸化,降低EC值,增加有机质、微生物氮含量,加速肥料分解以供连作黄瓜生长发育利用。 [Objective]Taking the soil of continuous cropping cucumber for 5 years(10 crops)as the research object,to study the effects of different fertilization treatments on the growth and development of continuous cropping cucumber and soil physical and chemical properties,and provide a reference for the rational utilization of agricultural waste and alleviating the obstacles of continuous cropping of cucumber.[Method]Adopting greenhouse cultivation method,setting the experiment with conventional fertilization as a contrast(CK),combined application of reduced chemical fertilizer and biological organic fertilizer as T_(1),combined application of reduced chemical fertilizers with biochar as T_(2),the regulation effects of various treatments on cucumber agronomic traits,yield and soil nutrients were analyzed.[Result]The results showed that the plant height,stem diameter and leaves number of cucumber treated with T_(2) were significantly better than those treated with T_(1) and CK;the yield treated with T_(2) was the highest,which was 1562.00 g,significantly higher than that of CK,increased by 147.54%compared with CK.The soil pH value,organic matter and microbial nitrogen content treated with T_(2) increased significantly than that of CK,while the EC value and quick-acting phosphorus content decreased significantly,and the quick-acting potassium content did not change significantly.[Conclusion]Reduced chemical fertilizer with biochar can slow down soil acidification significantly,decrease EC value,increase organic matter and microbial nitrogen content,and accelerate fertilizer decomposition for growth and development of continuous cropping cucumber.
