摘要
为解决传统商务休闲服装产品开发效率低,以及打样修正过程繁琐等问题,阐明Style3D智能化设计软件在服装产品开发过程中的应用,结合当下流行趋势和Style3D设计软件智能设计功能,设计系列商务休闲服装,完成数字化虚拟缝合,并进行结构和细节的修正;根据样板和效果图,完成实物成衣的制作。研究结果表明,通过实物样衣与数字样衣的对比发现,数字样衣在一定程度上可以高仿真模拟出实物样衣的外观效果,在产品开发阶段可以代替实物样衣用于观察产品开发效果。Style3D在商务休闲服装开发过程中提高了效率,便于快速进行款式变化和细节调整,降低服装生产成本,缩短产品开发周期。
To address inefficiencies in traditional business casual apparel product development and complexities in sample modification processes,the application of Style3D intelligent design software in garment development was explored.A series of business casual outfits were designed by integrating current fashion trends with Style3D's smart design functionalities.Digital virtual assembly was implemented followed by structural and detail refinements.Physical prototypes were subsequently produced based on finalized patterns and renderings.Comparative analysis between physical samples and digital prototypes revealed that digital simulations achieved highfidelity visual approximations of physical counterparts,demonstrating their substitutive potential for evaluating design outcomes during product development.The findings confirm that Style3D implementation enhances operational efficiency in business casual apparel development,enables rapid style iterations and detail adjustments,reduces production costs,and shortens development cycles.
