摘要
以“家庭社会工作”课程为例,通过五大模块化内容(家庭认知、理论、方法、过程与实务)和项目化任务设计,深度融合角色扮演、情境模拟及心理情景剧等教学方法。旨在构建体验式教学的模式,并将其应用于社会工作专业的教学实践中,引导学生课上充分体验、讨论、反思,内化社工价值理念和实务能力。通过体验式教学,帮助学生掌握课程的核心知识,提升实务技能。
This study takes the course of“family social work”as an example and adopts a modular content structure with five major components(family cognition,theory,methods,process,and practice)combined with project-based task design.It deeply integrates teaching methods such as role-playing,situational simulation,and psychodrama to construct an experiential teaching model and apply it to the teaching practice of the social work major.It aims to guide students to fully experience,discuss,and reflect on the content in class,thereby internalizing the value concepts and practical skills of social work.Through experiential teaching,students have mastered the core knowledge of the course and enhanced their practical skills.
