摘要
在一个由生鲜供应商与生鲜销售商构成的生鲜双渠道供应链中,考虑保鲜努力与服务水平对市场需求的影响,在不同竞争结构下构建了分散式与集中式情形下生鲜双渠道供应链的博弈模型,利用逆向归纳法与最优化方法进行了求解,设计了不同竞争结构下的组合契约以协调该供应链,并结合数值算例进行了对比分析.研究表明,在价格(数量)竞争结构下,基于“批发价格折扣+双向(单向)成本分担+收益共享(转移支付)”的组合契约能够有效协调该供应链.在不同竞争结构下,生鲜双渠道供应链成员在实施协调契约后都会制定“优质产品/服务”策略,并采取差异化的价格或市场策略.与数量竞争结构对比,价格竞争结构下协调价格可能达到更高的供应链协调效果.
In a fresh produce dual-channel supply chain consisting of a supplier and a retailer,this paper considers the joint impact of the freshness-keeping effort and service level.Under different competition structures,this paper constructs game models of supply chain members under decentralized and centralized decision-making,and solves them by using backward induction and optimization methods.On this basis,this paper designs a contract to coordinate the supply chain and conducts a comparative analysis using numerical examples.The results show that the contract based on“wholesale price discount+two-way(one-way)cost-sharing+revenue sharing(transfer payment)”can coordinate the supply chain under price(quantity)competition.Moreover,supply chain members should always adopt the strategy of“high-quality product/service”along with differentiated pricing or market positioning.Compared with the quantity competition structure,price coordination under a price competition structure may achieve more effective supply chain coordination.
