摘要
中国式现代化和人类文明新形态为科学研究的理论创新和学术繁荣提供了强大的动力和价值引领,对构建中国自主知识体系起到了重要支撑作用。在全民阅读连续十二次被写入政府工作报告的背景下,迫切需要推动阅读推广服务体系走向专业化,以政策保障、设施健全、活动引领为动力,不断推动全民阅读活动有效开展,使优质文化资源直达基层,而建立中国自主阅读推广知识体系便是实现全民阅读专业化的必由之路。该体系由阅读推广学术体系、学科体系、话语体系三部分构成,其中学科体系又包含五大部类三十二个子学科,将学科体系付诸实践的路径可分为十个层级,为落实“深化全民阅读,书香直达基层”提供了实践方案和学理模型。
Chinese path to modernization and the new form of human civilization have provided a strong driving force and value guidance for the theoretical innovation and academic prosperity of scientific research,and played an important supporting role in building China's independent knowledge system.Under the background that the national reading has been written into the government work report for twelve consecutive times,it is urgent to promote the professionalization of the reading promotion service system.With policy guarantee,sound facilities and activity guidance as the driving force,we will continue to promote the effective development of national reading activities and make high-quality cultural resources reach the grassroots level.The establishment of China's independent reading promotion knowledge system is the only way to realize the professionalization of national reading.The system consists of three parts:the academic system of reading promotion,the discipline system and the discourse system.The discipline system includes five departments and 32 sub-disciplines.The path of putting the discipline system into practice can be divided into ten levels,which provides a practical plan and a theoretical model for the implementation of"deepening national reading and delivering the fragrance of books to the grassroots".
