摘要
地下室防水施工在建筑工程中属于关键部分,这和建筑结构的耐久性以及使用功能有着直接联系。不过因为地下环境复杂,存在地下水、土壤湿度以及结构沉降等影响,防水施工大多时候会面临不少技术挑战,在细部处理方面,像施工缝、穿墙管、阴阳角等位置,要是处理得不合适,就很容易变成渗漏隐患,影响整体的防水效果。本文依据实际工程经验,剖析地下室防水施工中的细部处理办法,研究怎样借助材料选择、施工工艺优化以及质量控制措施,提升防水施工的可靠性,降低后期渗漏风险,以期能够为地下工程给出更可靠的技术参考。
Basement waterproof construction is a key part of the construction project,which is directly related to the durability and use function of the building structure.But because of the complex underground environment,groundwater,soil moisture and structure settlement,waterproof construction will face many technical challenges,in terms of detail processing,like construction joints,through the wall pipe,Angle of Yin and Yang,if not suitable,it is easy to become leakage,affect the overall waterproof effect.Based on the actual engineering experience,this paper analyzes the detailed treatment methods in the basement waterproof construction,and studies how to improve the reliability of waterproof construction,reduce the risk of leakage with the help of material selection,construction process optimization and quality control measures,in order to give a more reliable technical reference for underground engineering.
