摘要
为探索东江流域洪水淹没机理,定量计算沿程及重要断面淹没水面线、淹没水深、洪水位峰值及洪峰流量,向流域洪水灾害预测、防洪现状评价、洪水风险防范提供科学指导,应用MIKE11模拟软件构建起流域降雨径流及水动力耦合模型,进行流域设计暴雨计算的基础上,对不同降雨频率下洪水淹没过程展开模拟;根据模拟结果对流域沿线村落防洪现状展开评价。结果表明,构筑堤防堤坝、兴建水利工程对抵御洪水固然重要,但仅依靠工程措施无法从根本上解决流域洪水问题,必须辅之以测报、预警、预防等非工程措施,掌握流域洪水演进过程及爆发规律,取得较好的防灾减损效果。
In order to explore the mechanism of flood submergence in the Dongjiang River Basin,the submerged water surface line,submerged water depth,flood level peak and flood peak flow along the river and important sections are quantitatively calculated to provide scientific guidance for flood disaster prediction,flood control status evaluation and flood risk prevention in the basin.The MIKE1l simulation software is used to construct the rainfall runoff and hydrodynamic coupling model of the basin.Based on the calculation of the design rainstorm in the basin,the flood submergence process under different rainfall frequencies is simulated.According to the simulation results,the flood control status of villages along the basin is evaluated.The results show that the construction of dikes and dams and the construction of water conservancy projects are important to resist floods,but relying solely on engineering measures cannot fundamentally solve the flood problem in the basin.Non-engineering measures such as forecasting,early warning and prevention must be supplemented to grasp the flood evolution process and outbreak law of the basin and achieve better disaster prevention and reduction effects.
