摘要
馆藏资源是基层图书馆推进乡村文化振兴服务工作的基础,在政府财政支持对公共图书馆绩效的影响中起中介作用。文章运用可及性理论的框架,通过对安徽省县级图书馆的馆藏情况进行调研和分析,探讨基层图书馆馆藏资源建设推动乡村文化振兴的策略:精准获取阅读需求,提升信息服务水平;积极争取财政支持,优化资金使用模式;优化馆藏文献类型,建设地方特色资源;吸纳社会力量支持,促进资源共建共享。
Collection resources serve as the foundation for grassroots libraries to promote rural cultural revitalization services and play an intermediary role in the impact of government financial support on the performance of public libraries.By employing the framework of accessibility theory,this study investigates and analyzes the collection resources of county-level libraries in Anhui Province to explore strategies for grassroots libraries collection development in support of rural cultural revitalization.These strategies include:accurately obtaining reading needs and enhancing information service quality;actively seeking financial support and optimizing funding utilization models;optimizing the types of library collections and developing local characteristic resources;and engaging social forces to support and promote resource co-construction and sharing.
