摘要
地方本科院校新能源专业人才培养,对于推动中国经济从高碳模式向低碳模式的战略转型具有重要意义。该专业人才培养不仅能提升高等教育质量、服务区域经济发展、推动科技创新与产业升级,更能契合新质生产力的发展需求。为此,地方本科院校新能源专业应紧密围绕国家人才战略和行业前沿需求,优化人才培养目标;并针对新兴产业和颠覆性产业,灵活构建专业课程体系;同时,深入开展产教融合与科教融合,创新教学模式。通过以上举措,为高素质人才培养和前沿科学技术研发提供优质的资源保障,从而助推新质生产力发展。
The cultivation of talent in renewable energy programs at local undergraduate institutions holds significant importance for promoting China's economic transition from a high-carbon model to a low-carbon model.It can align with the development needs of new quality productive forces by enhancing the quality of higher education,serving regional economic development,and driving technological innovation and industrial upgrading.So,renewable energy programs at local undergraduate institutions should closely align with national talent strategies and cutting-edge industry demands to optimize talent cultivation goals;flexibly structure professional curricula targeting emerging and disruptive industries;and deeply integrate industry and education,as well as science and education,to innovate teaching models.Through these measures,high-quality resource will be provided for the cultivation of high-caliber talent and the research and development of advanced science and technology,thereby boosting the development of new quality productive forces.
