高盐渍区不同盐分矿井水灌溉下柽柳的响应机制与适应性

Response Mechanisms and Adaptability of Tamarix chinensis to Different Salinities of Mine Water Irrigation in High-salt Areas

摘要 以新疆哈密高盐渍区为试验地,设置不同盐分梯度(0、4、8、12、16·L^(-1))的矿井水对烃柳(Tamorix chinensis)林进行灌溉处理,测定栓柳地径、株高、冠幅及新枝长等指标,结合方差分析与最小显著差异法(LSD)检验,探究经柳在极端盐渍环境下的生长响应机制与适应性。结果表明:盐分显著抑制烃柳生长,但植株仍表现出梯度性适应能力。清水灌溉(0 g·L^(-1))下轻柳各项指标最优,盐分≥8 g·L^(-1)对地径、株高和冠幅的抑制效应显著增强(P<0.05),盐分质量浓度与地径呈负相关,与冠幅抑制呈指数关系,而新枝长在低盐分(4 g·L^(-1))下表现接近对照组。16 g·L^(-1)高盐处理下生长量最低,高盐分对株高的长期抑制效应显著(P<0.05),但仍能维持存活。 Taking the high-salt areas of Hami in Xinjiang as the experimental sites,the mine water with different salt gradients(0,4,8,12,16 g·L^(-1))was set to irrigate the Tamarix chinensis forest,and the indexes of ground diameter,plant height,crown width and new branch length of Tamarix chinensis were measured.Combined with variance analysis and least significant difference method(LSD)test,the growth response mechanisms and adaptability of Tamarix chinensis in extreme saline environment were explored.The results showed that salt significantly inhibited the growth of Tamarix chinensis,but the plants still showed gradient adaptability.Under clear water irrigation(0 g·L^(-1)),the indexes of Tamarix chinensis were the best,and the inhibitory effect of salt≥8 g·L^(-1)on ground diameter,plant height and crown width was significantly enhanced(P<0.05).The salt mass concentration was negatively correlated with ground diameter and exponentially correlated with crown width inhibition,while the new branch length was close to the control group under low salt(4 g·L^(-1)).The growth was the lowest under 16 g·L^(-1)high salt treatment,and the long-term inhibitory effect of high salt on plant height was significant(P<0.05),but it could still survive.
