摘要
废旧电池的回收与二次利用是实现资源循环与环境保护的重要途径。构建电池回收与二次利用的全生命周期经济效益评估模型,综合考虑技术、市场和政策等因素,精准量化经济潜力。同时,识别回收过程中的安全、环境和经济风险,提出基于数字化追溯和绿色回收技术的风险防控策略。电池回收与二次利用不仅经济效益显著,还可通过资源高效利用和碳减排,为可持续发展提供重要支撑。
The recycling and secondary utilization of spent batteries are significant approaches to achieve resource circulation and environmental protection.A comprehensive life-cycle economic benefit assessment model for battery recycling and secondary utilization is constructed,which integrates technological,market,and policy factors to accurately quantify the economic potential.Meanwhile,safety,environmental and economic risks in the recycling process are identified,risk control strategies based on digital traceability and green recycling technology are proposed.Battery recycling and secondary utilization not only have significant economic benefits but also provide important support for sustainable development through efficient resource utilization and carbon emission reduction.
