摘要
分析师范院校自然科学学报栏目设置情况及其影响力,为师范院校自然科学学报合理设置栏目、提升学术影响力、服务国家重大战略需求提供参考。以《2024年版中国科技期刊引证报告(核心版)自然科学卷》收录的自然科学师范院校学报为研究对象,通过分析其2020-2024年的栏目设置情况及被引频次,探讨面向国家战略需求的栏目设置对师范院校学报学术影响力的提升作用。近五年,19家(76%)学报设置了449个主题聚焦、问题导向明确的主题栏目,3家学报仅设置了学科栏目,3家学报未设置具体栏目;主题栏目中面向国家战略需求设置的栏目266个,占比59.24%,包括面向国家社会经济发展战略的栏目178个(69.92%),科技创新战略栏目88个(30.08%)。从学术影响力的角度看,以《湖南师范大学自然科学学报》为代表期刊的统计结果表明,篇均被引频次无栏目低于学科栏目,学科栏目低于主题栏目。针对全体师范院校学报的统计表明,除个别栏目外,面向国家战略需求设置的栏目篇均被引频次高于一般科学问题栏目;面向国家经济社会发展战略的栏目篇均被引频次高于面向科技创新战略的栏目。师范院校学报应瞄准国家重大战略需求,依托学校相关学科,合理设置主题聚集、问题导向明确的栏目,并加大对特色栏目的宣传力度以提升期刊影响力,进而形成良性循环,最终达到提升期刊学术质量的目标。
The aim of this paper is to analyze the column setting and influence of natural science journals from normal universities,providing a reference for the rational setting of columns in such journals,enhancing their academic influence as well as serving the needs of national major strategic initiatives.Taking the natural science journals of normal universities included in the 2024 Chinese Science and Technology Journal Citation Report(Core Edition-Natural Science Volume)as the research objects,this study analyzes their column settings and citation frequencies from 2020 to 2024 to explore how column settings aligned with national strategic needs can enhance the academic influence of normal university journals.Over the past five years,total of 19 journals(76%)established 449 thematic columns with clear problem orientations,while 3 journals only set up discipline-based columns,and 3 journals did not establish specific columns.Among the thematic columns,266 were aligned with national strategic needs,accounting for 59.24%,including 178 columns focused on national socio-economic development strategies(69.92%)and 88 columns focused on technological innovation strategies(30.08%).From the perspective of academic influence,statistics from Journal of Natural Sciences of Hunan Normal University and other representative journals indicate that articles without specific columns have lower average citations compared to those in discipline-based columns,and articles in discipline-based columns have lower average citations compared to those in thematic columns.Statistics for all normal university journals show that,except for a few columns,those aligned with national strategic needs have higher average citations.Additionally,columns focused on national socio-economic development strategies have higher average citations compared to those focused on technological innovation strategies.Normal university journals should target national major strategic needs,leverage the universities’relevant disciplines,and rationally set up thematic columns with clear problem orientations.They should also increase the promotion of distinctive columns to enhance journal influence,creating a positive cycle,and ultimately achieving the goal of improving the academic quality of the journals.
