摘要
既有公共建筑存在功能多元性与结构复杂性等特点,对其进行节能改造面临诸多不确定因素。为明确公共建筑低碳节能改造的影响因素,利用德尔菲法从策划、设计、建造、使用4个阶段建立公共建筑低碳节能改造影响因素指标体系,采用层次分析法确定各指标权重,从改造新项目全过程对公共建筑低碳节能改造工作的影响因素进行明确,以提升公共建筑节能改造质量与改造效率。
Functional diversity and structural complexity are the characteristics of public buildings.There are many uncertainties in their energy-saving renovations.To clarify the influencing factors of low-carbon and energy-saving renovation of public buildings,the study establishes an index system of influencing factors for low-carbon and energy-saving renovation of public buildings with Delphi method from the four stages of planning,design,construction and use,determines the weights of each index with Analytic Hierarchy Process.Then the study clarifies the influencing factors of low-carbon and energy-saving renovation of public buildings throughout the entire process of the renovation of new projects,so as to improve the quality and efficiency of energy-saving renovation of public buildings.
