摘要
在全世界范围内,近视患病率越来越高,了解其影响因素及发生、发展机制以制定相应的干预措施至关重要。研究聚焦体育活动与近视患病率之间的关系,对其进行系统综述。研究表明,体育活动与近视患病率之间存在一定的负相关,提出了体育活动通过改善睫状肌的调节功能、减少近距离用眼时间、促进视网膜多巴胺的分泌、抑制眼轴过度生长以阻断近视发生的作用机制。区分了“体育活动”“身体活动”和“户外活动”的概念,提出应进一步聚焦在建立运动模态、量化的强度分级以及时空特征的标准化体系上,为体医融合视健康防控儿童青少年近视提供科学性的理论框架。
The worldwide prevalence of myopia makes it critical to understand the factors influencing myopia and the mechanisms of its occurrence and development in order to make appropriate interventions.The study focuses on the relationship between sport activities and the prevalence of myopia and provides a systematic review.The study shows that there is a negative correlation between sport activities and the prevalence of myopia,and proposes that sport activities can inhibit the generation of myopia by improving the regulation of the ciliary muscle,reducing the time of near distance of eye use,promoting the secretion of retinal dopamine,and inhibiting the overgrowth of the eye axis.The concepts of"sports activity","physical activity"and"outdoor activity"are distinguished,and it is proposed that further attention should be focused on the establishment of a standardized system for the exercise modalities,quantitative intensity ratings,and spatial and temporal characteristics.It is proposed that further focus should be placed on the establishment of a standardized system of exercise modality,quantitative intensity grading and spatial and temporal characteristics,so as to provide a scientific theoretical framework for the prevention and control of children and adolescents'myopia by integrating sports and medicine.
