摘要
在全球制造业数字化转型背景下,东莞厚街皮革企业作为传统产业集群,面临转型多重挑战。文章通过文献分析与实地调研,揭示其在管理认知、资源配置、产业特性等层面的转型困境。针对上述问题,提出以政企认知协同、多元资源整合、技术流程创新为核心的“认知—资源—技术”协同路径,包括数字化培训、产融合作、校企育才及生产系统升级等策略,为传统制造业集群数字化转型提供可复制的方法论框架,且对同类产业突破转型瓶颈具有实践参考价值。
Amidst the global digital transformation of the manufacturing sector,the leather enterprises in Houjie,Dongguan—a traditional industrial cluster—face multifaceted challenges in their transition.Through comprehensive literature analysis and field research,this study elucidates the transformation dilemmas they encounter,spanning managerial cognition,resource allocation,and inherent industrial characteristics.To address these issues,a synergistic pathway of"cognition-resource-technology"is proposed,emphasizing collaborative government-enterprise awareness,diversified resource integration,and innovative technological processes.Key strategies include digital training programs,industrial-financial partnerships,university-enterprise talent cultivation,and production system upgrades.This research provides a replicable methodological framework for the digital transformation of traditional manufacturing clusters,offering practical insights for similar industries striving to overcome transitional bottlenecks.
