摘要
文章通过配电网故障抢修过程中,因配电箱内部空间尺寸限制及安装高度影响,更换配电箱内设备施工作业难度大,故障修复时间长的问题进行分析研究,利用设备固定作业过程中固定地脚螺栓原理,研制一种配电箱可快速拆卸更换设备支座,降低配电箱内更换设备作业难度,缩短配电箱内故障修复时间,提升供电的可靠性,助力乡村经济发展。
This paper investigates the challenges associated with emergency repairs in distribution networks,where limited internal space and installation height within distribution boxes significantly hinder the replacement of internal equipment,resulting in prolonged fault recovery times.By utilizing the principle of fixed anchor bolts during the equipment fixation operation,a quick-disassembly and replacement equipment support for distribution boxes is developed.The proposed solution reduces the operation complexity of replacing equipment inside the distribution box,shortens the fault repair time,enhances the reliability of power supply,and contributes to the economic development of rural areas.
