摘要
目的汉化Beadle身体同情量表并检验其信效度,为科学评估脑卒中患者身体同情水平提供测评工具。方法在获得原作者授权后,按照Brislin翻译模式对英文版Beadle身体同情量表进行正、回译,通过专家函询、认知性访谈、预调查对量表进行文化调适,形成中文版Beadle身体同情量表。采取便利抽样法选取505例脑卒中患者,检验量表的信效度。结果中文版Beadle身体同情量表包括身体善良、共同人性和动机行为3个维度,共23个条目。探索性因子分析共提取3个公因子,累计方差贡献率为60.066%。验证性因子分析模型拟合度良好(χ^(2)/df=1.352,RMSEA=0.038,GFI=0.906,IFI=0.975,CFI=0.975,TLI=0.972)。量表Cronbach′sα系数为0.932,S-CVI/Ave为0.950,折半信度为0.786,重测信度为0.910,效标关联效度为0.525。结论中文版Beadle身体同情量表信效度性能良好,适用于脑卒中患者身体同情的评估。
Objective To translate the Beadle Body Compassion Questionnaire into Chinese and evaluate its reliability and validity,to provide a measurement tool for scientifically assessing body compassion in stroke patients.Methods Following authorization from the original author,the English version of the Beadle Body Compassion Questionnaire underwent forward-backward translation based on the Brislin translation model.Cultural adaptation was achieved through expert consultation,cognitive interviews,and pre-testing.A convenience sampling method was employed to recruit 505 stroke patients to assess the reliability and validity of the scale.Results The Chinese version of the Beadle Body Compassion Questionnaire included three dimensions of body kindness,common humanity,and motivated action,totalling 23 items.Exploratory factor analysis extracted three common factors,with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 60.066%.Confirmatory factor analysis demonstrated good model fit(χ^(2)/df=1.352,RMSEA=0.038,GFI=0.906,IFI=0.975,CFI=0.975,TLI=0.972).The Cronbach′sαcoefficient of the scale was 0.932,the S-CVI/Ave was 0.950,the split-half reliability was 0.786,the test-retest reliability was 0.910,and the criterion-related validity was 0.525.Conclusion The Chinese version of the Beadle Body Compassion Questionnaire has good reliability and validity,and is suitable for the assessment of body compassion in stroke patients.
