摘要
作为非传统安全领域的重要组成部分,意识形态安全关乎国家的存续发展与民族的凝聚向心。高校网络舆情治理与意识形态安全息息相关,不仅有利于抵御错误社会思潮侵扰,强化高校师生主流意识形态认同,还有助于高校占领网络思想政治教育主阵地,树立马克思主义意识形态话语权。当前,高校网络舆情治理面临主体缺位、客体杂变、机制失衡的困境,应从明晰治理主体责任,提升治理主体能力;强化网络空间监管,营造清朗网络生态;构建良性治理机制,筑牢意识形态安全防线三个方面着力优化高校网络舆情治理路径。
As an important part of non-traditional security,ideological security is related to the survival and development of the country and the cohesion of the nation.The governance of online public opinion in colleges and universities helps to resist the intrusion of erroneous social thoughts and strengthen the mainstream ideological identification of college teachers and students;it helps to occupy the main position of online ideological and political education and establish the discourse power of Marxist ideology.The current governance of online public opinion in colleges and universities faces the dilemma of subject absence,object complexity and unbalanced mechanism.Efforts should be made to clarify the responsibilities of governance entities and enhance their capabilities;strengthen supervision of cyberspace and create a clear network ecology;establish a perfect governance mechanism and build a solid ideological security line.
