摘要
采用传统灰锥法测定煤的灰熔点因制样周期长和主观误差大等问题,难以满足锅炉在线监测需求。基于伏安法的煤灰熔点在线监测技术,可通过电阻测量捕捉煤灰熔融过程,计算煤灰特征熔融温度。通过考察煤飞灰微观形貌和晶态结构演变规律,分析伏安法测定不同混煤灰熔点的特征。通过集成自动采样、传质和测试装置及数据分析方法,构建煤灰熔点在线监测系统,可在3 h内反馈煤灰熔点数据至集散控制系统,显著提升锅炉现场煤灰熔点测试时效性,为锅炉安全运行提供数据支持。
The traditional ash cone method is difficult to meet the real-time monitoring requirements due to the long sample preparation period and large subjective error.In this paper,an on-line monitoring technology based on voltammetry is proposed,the melting process of coal ash is captured by resistance measurement,and the characteristic melting temperature of coal ash is calculated.The evolution laws of fly ash microstructure and crystalline structure were investigated.The response characteristics of different ash samples were analyzed by voltammetry.Integrating automatic sampling and data analysis methods,an online monitoring system for coal ash melting point is built,which can feedback coal ash melting point data to the DCS within 3 hours,significantly improving the timeliness of coal ash melting point test in applications,and providing data support for the safe operation of boilers.
