中国煤层气完井技术现状及研究展望

摘要 中国煤层气资源丰富。近年来随着理念转变、技术创新和现场实践深入,煤层气开发取得突破性进展,而完井技术作为助推煤层气有效开发的关键技术之一,受中国煤层气赋存条件复杂、煤层非均质性强的影响,不同地质条件下煤层气完井技术可复制性差,多个问题耦合于一体为完井工程带来了诸多技术难题与挑战。文章通过对中国煤层气完井技术系统总结梳理,剖析了当前完井技术的存在问题及难题,以期为煤层气完井工程技术发展提供参考与借鉴。首先分析了中国煤层气地质、开发特征及由此带来的完井技术难题;接着,基于“大完井”思想,梳理了近年来中国煤层气在井型类别、完井方式、压裂模式、完井管柱四个方面的技术现状,从多个维度分析了现有技术的适应性;最后针对煤层气开发过程中存在的完井问题及技术现状,提出中国完井技术发展建议。基于煤层气地质构造与物理特征,采用钻井、支撑井壁、防砂与改造一体化的技术和多元化的完井增产技术是煤层气高效开发的有效途径之一;基于“大完井”思想,将“井型优化、完井方式优选、储层改造、完井管柱”进行系统规划、整体设计,实现一井一策完井策略是中国煤层气高效开发的必由之路。 China boasts abundant coalbed methane(CBM)resources.In recent years,with evolving concepts,technological innovations,and deepened field practices,significant breakthroughs have been achieved in CBM development.Among these,advancements in well completion technology have emerged as one of the key drivers for effective CBM extraction.However,due to the complex geological conditions and strong heterogeneity of coal seams in China,the replicability of CBM well completion techniques across different geological settings remains limited.The coupling of multiple challenges has introduced numerous technical difficulties and obstacles in well completion engineering.This paper systematically reviews China's CBM well completion technologies,analyzes existing problems and challenges,and aims to provide references for the advancement of CBM well completion engineering.First,it examines the geological and developmental characteristics of China's CBM resources and the resulting well completion challenges.Next,guided by the"macro-well completion"concept,it summarizes the current technological landscape in four key areas:well type classification,completion methods,fracturing models,and completion strings,evaluating the adaptability of existing technologies from multiple dimensions.Finally,based on identified well completion issues and the state of current technologies,recommendations for the future development of well completion techniques in China are proposed.Given the structural and physical characteristics of CBM reservoirs,integrated technologies-combining drilling,wellbore stabilization,sand control,and reservoir stimulation-along with diversified well completion and production enhancement techniques,represent an effective pathway for efficient CBM development.Embracing the"macro-well completion"philosophy,a systematic and holistic design approach-optimizing well types,selecting completion methods,enhancing reservoir stimulation,and refining drainage techniques-to achieve customized well completion strategies("one well,one solution")is essential for the sustainable and efficient development of China's CBM resources.
