摘要
在教学活动与科研活动交叉融合,教学实验室与科研实验室开放共享,学生日益成为实验室活动主体的情况下,如何保证实验室安全成为高校实验室的重点和难点问题。对建立实验室准入制度的必要性和国内高校实验室安全准入制度的现状进行分析,提出高校化学实验室安全准入制度应包括实验仪器设备准入制度、实验人员准入制度和实验项目准入制度三个方面。并从这三个方面梳理了建立高校化学实验室准入制度的基本做法。
Under the circumstance that teaching activities and scientific researches cross and merge,teaching laboratory and scientific research laboratory are open and shared,and students increasingly become the main body of the laboratory,how to ensure laboratory safety has become the key and difficult problem of university laboratory.This paper analyzes the necessity of establishing laboratory access system and the present situation of laboratory safety access system in universities in China,and points out that the safety access system of chemical laboratories in universities should include three aspects:the access system of experimental equipment,the access system of experimental personnel and the access system of experimental items.And from these aspects,the basic methods of establishing the access system of chemical laboratory in universities are summarized.
