输电线路杆塔周围人身安全风险评估与接地装置结构优化

摘要 为准确量化杆塔接地装置附近区域的人身安全风险,提出一种适用于人口密集区的风险概率评估方法。首先,通过搭建接地装置仿真模型,获取接触电压与跨步电压的分布特性;其次,基于人体触电机理和历史事故数据,分别计算短路故障与雷击工况下引发心室颤动的概率,并统计故障期间人员随机进入风险区域的概率;然后,基于风险概率模型获得杆塔周围人身安全风险值;并与安全指标比较,得出评估结论。以2种传统接地装置为例进行验证,对风险越限结构采用“导电混凝土层+垂直接地体”的优化方案,结果表明优化后风险概率大幅降低,满足规程安全要求;通过参数化分析进一步揭示了导电混凝土厚度对优化效果的影响规律。 To accurately quantify personnel safety risks near tower grounding devices,this paper proposes a probabilistic risk assessment method applicable to densely populated areas.Firstly,a simulation model of the grounding device is established to obtain the distribution characteristics of touch voltage and step voltage.Secondly,based on human body electric shock mechanisms and historical accident data,the probabilities of ventricular fibrillation induction under short-circuit faults and lightning strike conditions are calculated,while the stochastic probability of personnel entering risk zones during faults is statistically analyzed.Subsequently,a risk probability model is developed to evaluate personal safety risk values around towers,with conclusions drawn through comparison against safety thresholds.Validation is conducted using two types of conventional grounding installations as case studies,an optimized design incorporating"conductive concrete layers+vertical grounding electrodes"is implemented for risk-exceeding structures.Results demonstrate significant risk probability reduction meeting the safety requirements of safety regulations.Parametric analysis further reveals the nonlinear relationship between conductive concrete thickness and optimization effectiveness.
