摘要
采油厂在能源生产过程中用能成本较高同时产生大量碳排放,面临着减碳增效的难题,而光伏与储能协同供电系统可有效降低采油厂的用电成本和碳排放。基于负荷分析的功率和容量配置优化可降低光储系统建设成本。提出了一种考虑系统全寿命周期碳排放同时对采油厂光伏与储能协同供电系统容量和功率进行多目标优化的双层优化模型。上层优化目标是最小化年平均电力成本和最小化年碳排放量,下层优化目标是最小化系统日平均运行成本。采用非支配排序遗传算法-II对系统容量和功率配置进行优化以确定最优方案。结果表明,与无光伏发电系统和储能系统配置情况相比,光伏发电系统和储能系统协同供电情况下年碳排放量显著降低,四季典型日平均运行成本显著降低,四季光伏消纳比例得到提高。优化后的微电网系统能够在满足采油厂生产需求的同时显著降低碳排放并提高新能源利用率,可为其他石化行业实现碳减排目标提供参考。
Oil production plants face the challenge of reducing carbon emissions and increasing efficiency due to high energy costs and high carbon emissions during the energy production process,while the photovoltaic and energy storage collaborative power supply system can effectively reduce the electricity costs and carbon emissions of oil production plants.The configuration optimization of power and capacity based on load analysis can reduce the construction cost of photovoltaic storage systems.A two-layer optimization model is proposed to perform multi-objective optimization of the capacity and power of collaborative photovoltaic and energy storage power supply system in an oil production plant while considering the whole life cycle carbon emissions of the system.The upper optimization objective is to minimize the average annual cost of electricity and the annual carbon emissions,and the lower optimization objective is to minimize the average daily operating cost of the system.Using non dominated sorting genetic algorithm II to optimize system capacity and power configuration to determine the optimal solution.The results show that compared with the configuration case of no photovoltaic power generation system and energy storage system,in the case of collaborative power supply of photovoltaic power generation system and energy storage system,the annual carbon emission and the average daily operating cost in all seasons are significantly reduced,and the proportion of photovoltaic consumption in all seasons is increased.The optimized microgrid system can significantly reduce carbon emissions and improve the utilization of new energy while meeting the production needs of oil production plants,and provide reference for other petrochemical industries to achieve carbon reduction targets.
