摘要
目的探讨内热针疗法联合肌肉能量技术(MET)在老年慢性非特异性下腰痛患者中的临床应用效果。方法选取2023年1月—2024年7月溧阳市中医医院收治的64例老年慢性非特异性下腰痛患者为研究对象,按照区组随机法将其分为对照组和联合组,各32例。对照组采用MET治疗,联合组在对照组基础上加用内热针疗法,两组均连续治疗4周。比较两组的临床疗效、腰椎功能及疼痛程度。结果联合组治疗总有效率为93.75%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1、2、4周后,两组Oswestry功能障碍指数与疼痛视觉模拟评分交互、时间、组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内热针疗法联合MET治疗老年慢性非特异性下腰痛患者的临床疗效确切,可有效缓解疼痛程度,促进其腰椎功能恢复。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of internal heat needle therapy combined with muscle energy technique(MET)in elderly patients with chronic non-specific low back pain.Methods A total of 64 elderly patients with chronic non-specific low back pain admitted to Liyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2023 to July 2024 were selected as the research objects,according to the block random method,they were divided into a control group and a combination group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with MET,and the combined group was treated with internal heat needle on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,lumbar spine function and pain degree were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 93.75%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1,2 and 4 weeks of treatment,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in Oswestry Disability Index and Visual Analogue Scale of pain interaction,time and between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Internal heat needle therapy combined with MET has a definite clinical effect on elderly patients with chronic non-specific low back pain,which can effectively relieve the pain and promote the recovery of lumbar spine function.
