摘要
慢性萎缩性胃炎的基本病因为邪气侵扰、正气虚弱,胃体失去气血津液濡养而成“胃阴虚”基本格局,夹杂正气虚弱、气滞、痰饮、瘀血等病理因素。“阳杀阴藏”是慢性萎缩性胃炎持续发展的根本原因,恢复胃脘“阳生阴长”是治疗关键。临床常从健脾、和胃、疏肝入手,可取阳生阴长之功。若已见肾虚之征,择取温阳益肾药物一、二味,补先天以资后天,灵活选用香砂六君子汤、丹栀逍遥散、小建中汤、四神丸等方剂,收功更捷。
The basic causes of chronic atrophic gastritis are the invasion of Evil Factor Qi,the weakness of Zheng Qi,and the loss of Qi,blood and Fluid nourishment of the Stomach,resulting in the basic pattern of"Stomach Yin deficiency",which is mixed with pathological factors such as weakness of Qi,Qi stagnation,Phlegm and blood stasis."Yang Sha Yin Cang"is the root cause of the continuous development of chronic atrophic gastritis and restoring the condition of"Yang Sheng Yin Zhang"of the Stomach is the key in treatment.In clinical practice,the treatment often starts with strengthening the Spleen,harmonizing the Stomach and soothing the Liver,to achieve the goal of"Yang Sheng Yin Zhang".If there is symptoms of Kidney deficience,choose one to two flavors of drugs functions in warming Yang and tonifying Kidney to supplement the congenital to the acquired conditions of patients.Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction,Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder,Xiao Jianzhong Decoctioin,Sishen Pill and other prescriptions can be used accordingly to achieve better efficacy.
