摘要
随着海洋强国战略的推进,海洋工程领域对高素质创新型人才的需求愈发迫切。西北工业大学航海学院针对传统教育模式的不足,提出以跨学科协同与实践教学创新为核心的综合性人才培养路径;研究利用跨学科协同促进多学科知识的融合,并通过“学创一体”实践教学体系,全面提升学生的实践能力和创新思维,构建以学生为中心的教育模式,培养具备卓越素质的海洋工程人才,推动我国海洋工程领域的技术进步与创新发展。
With the advancement of the strategy of building a maritime power,the demand for high-quality innovative talents in the field of marine engineering is becoming increasingly urgent.The School of Navigation at Northwestern Polytechnical University proposes a comprehensive talent cultivation path centered on interdisciplinary collaboration and innovative practical teaching to address the shortcomings of traditional education models;Research on utilizing interdisciplinary collaboration to promote the integration of multidisciplinary knowledge,and through the“learning and innovation integrated”practical teaching system,comprehensively enhance students'practical abilities and innovative thinking,construct a student-centered education model,cultivate marine engineering talents with excellent qualities,and promote technological progress and innovative development in China's marine engineering field.
