摘要
CT能谱成像作为一项新兴的成像技术,可获得不同能量水平的图像,其定量参数分析能够精确地评估疾病的特征,为肺癌诊断和治疗提供依据.明确肺癌的基因突变状态是靶向治疗和免疫治疗的前提,然而传统的方法要使用有创的手段提取样本进行检测.因此,需要一种更为便捷可用的无创基因突变预测的方法.目前能谱CT的定量参数用于肺癌特定基因预测的研究已经在多个方面开展.本文将对能谱CT定量分析在预测肺癌特定基因突变方面的研究进行综述.
As an emerging imaging technology,spectral CT imaging can obtain X-ray images with different energy levels.Its multi-parameter quantitative analysis can accurately evaluate the characteristics of the disease and provide a basis for the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.Identifying the gene mutation status of lung cancer is the premise of targeted therapy and immunotherapy.However,traditional methods require the use of invasive means to extract samples for detection.Therefore,a more convenient and available non-invasive method for predicting gene mutation status is needed.At present,the quantitative parameters of spectral CT for predicting specific gene mutations in lung cancer have been carried out in many aspects.
