摘要
本文针对极地自升式钻井平台,考虑到极地低温恶劣环境,采用低温夏比冲击试验,对新开发不同厚度的Q690qE高强钢进行了低温断裂韧性研究,得到母材与焊缝试样厚度、温度等参数对高强钢断裂韧性的影响。该研究结果可以为Q690qE应用于极地自升式平台的选材与建造提供参考。
For Arctic jack-up rigs,considering the harsh low-temperature environment,low-temperature Charpy impact tests were conducted to study the low-temperature fracture toughness of newly developed Q690qE highstrength steel with different thicknesses.The influence of parameters such as base metal and weld specimen thickness,temperature,etc.on the fracture toughness of high-strength steel was obtained.The research results can provide reference for the selection and construction of materials for Q690qE applied to Arctic Jack-up drilling platforms.
