摘要
贯彻落实党的二十届三中全会重要指示,因地制宜发展新质生产力,要以马克思主义的辨证思维为指导,积极探索新质生产力的发展道路。秉持人与自然的辩证和谐,将自然保护与生产力发展统一起来,坚持整体性的发展之道;秉持人与社会的辩证和谐,以人民需求为导向稳步推动生产关系转型升级,坚持人民性的发展之道;秉持人与自身的辨证和谐,注重生产力跃升过程中人的全面发展和自我实现,坚持人本性的发展之道。为此,要坚持守正创新、协同并进,不断深化科技教育人才体制改革,始终贯彻绿色发展理念,笃行实践性的新质生产力发展之道。
To implement the important directives of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and develop new-quality productive forces based on local conditions,it is imperative to adhere to the Marxist dialectical thinking and actively explore pathways for advancing new-quality productive forces.We must uphold the dialectical harmony between humanity and nature,integrating nature protection with the development of productive forces and committing to a holistic approach to development.We must uphold the dialectical harmony between individuals and society,steadily upgrading production relations under the guidance of people’s needs and adhering to a people-centered approach to development.We must uphold the dialectical harmony within individuals themselves,prioritizing comprehensive human development and self-realization during the leapfrogging of productive forces,and persisting in a humanistic approach to development.To this end,we must uphold integrity while pursuing innovation,promote coordinated progress,continuously deepen reforms in the systems of science and technology,education,and talent,persistently implement green development practices,and resolutely pursue a practical approach to development.
