摘要
随着社会持续发展,新质生产力已经成为社会各个领域发展的关键驱动力,促使高校人力资源开发工作迎来了新的任务。高校作为人才的孵化器,而高校教职人员,更是高校安身立命之本,所以在新质生产力背景下,高校必须充分对广大教职人员进行人力资源开发。基于此,文章首先介绍了新质生产力的由来,阐述新质生产力背景下高校人力资源开发意义,然后分析了当前高校人力资源开发存在的主要问题,并提出了制订与社会发展需求一致的高校人力资源开发目标、建立健全高校人力资源开发管理机制、积极创新高校人力资源开发手段的人力资源开发措施,以促进高校可持续发展。
With the continuous development of society,new quality productive forces has become a key driving force for the development of various fields in society,which has brought new tasks to the development of human resources in universities.Universities serve as incubators for talent,and their faculty and staff are the foundation of their success.Therefore,in the context of new quality productive forces,universities must fully develop human resources for their faculty and staff.Based on this,this article first introduces the origin of new quality productive forces,elaborates on the significance of human resource development in universities under the background of new quality productive forces,analyzes the main problems in current university human resource development,and proposes human resource development measures that are consistent with social development needs,establish and improve university human resource development management mechanisms,and actively innovate university human resource development methods to promote sustainable development of universities.
