摘要
人文教育是医学教育的重要组成部分。现代医学教育模式和发展方向需不断调整人文教育的内容和形式,突出构建专业知识与人文素养结合的医疗卫生服务体系,服务于医学生综合素质的培养。高等医学院校的医学生是卫生服务和医学研究的高级人才,他们的人文素质不仅关系到医学人才的成长,也关系到医疗服务的质量。本文分析和探讨了在医学院校中推进人文教育中遇到的问题及改革的路径,为医学人文学科的发展提供一些参考。
Humanistic education is an important part of medical education.The mode and development direction of modern medical education need to constantly adjust the content and form of humanistic education,and emphasize the construction of a medical and health service system combining professional knowledge and humanistic quality as a service for the cultivation of comprehensive quality of medical students.Medical students in medical colleges and universities are senior talents in health service and medical research,and their humanistic quality is not only related to the growth of medical talents,but also related to the quality of medical service.This paper analyzes and discusses the problems encountered in the promotion of humanities education in medical colleges and universities and the path of reform,and provides some references for the development of medical humanities.
